I just wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude for the staff at Stonesthrow Townhomes. The entire team is friendly and professional and helps to make living here a positive experience! Eva and Molly, thank you for being so quick in responding to needs and concerns. Job, you’re the man! Thank you for all you do around the community to ensure it remains a nice place to live and that things are working the right way. The price may be a bit steep, but personnel can’t be held responsible for market value/trends.

Management is fantastic. Maintenance team is top of the line. Great location and amenities; wonderful people. We couldn't be happier living here!

We love our townhome! The unit is spacious for 2 and a dog, the PM group is awesome to work work and the environment is super friendly. Location is fantastic too - we walk everywhere.

I have enjoyed living in my cottage now for almost 4 years!! I have to say this has been a great place to call home. If I ever have any maintenance issues they are taken care of in a timely manner and the guys are always professional when they enter my cottage. The office staff is always willing to help with any questions or needs. Thank You all for making my home comfortable. LaVon Whipple

I have enjoyed living in my Cottage for 5 years now!! It has been the place I have called home since the day I moved in. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming! I am comfortable with Office staff and maintenance staff! Thank you all for being prompt if I have any problems that may come up. I am proud to bring family and friends because this is a great area to live! I would recommend it to anybody looking for a place to call home!! Thank You, LaVon Whipple

I have enjoyed living in my cottage now for three years. It is quiet here and close to everything at The Village. The staff has always been friendly and when I call about anything they always address it right away! All the landscaping is neat and always taken care of. I do have to say when it snows the crew they have removes it as fast as in comes down.😊 Thanks

When I was looking for a place to call home I saw a sign on Fairview. I called and Eva gave me all the information I needed to view the Cottages online. It was an easy online application and before I knew it I found the perfect place. I have enjoyed the couple of months I have been in a nice quiet home. The customers service from the gals in the office has been great!!! Thank You!

It was an easy online application and before I knew it I found the perfect place. I have enjoyed the couple of months I have been in a nice quiet home. I have been here for 2 years now and I still love my cottage. The maintenance crew are all very friendly and if you have anything that needs repairing they will get it done in a timely manner. The customers service from the gals in the office has been great!!! Thank You!

Both Molly and Eva were so helpful when I was having trouble with the payment app and everything. Apartment was very clean and nice. Couldn't be happier with everything! Maintenance team really killed it too. Couldn't see any remnants of the previous people.
